The list below has all the stuff I could think of at the moment of when I made it. I know that dosent mean... anything, but anyway, here it is.
Original List:
-Organize gallery (folders)
-Contact.module -> Add fields for IM, etc
-Sponsor page w/ details on each | sort by donation level
-Team Member page | link names to username's profile
-Contact us page w/ email form
-Website credits + info (PHP backend, MySQL Databases)
-Replace theme images with robotics flavoured ones (change arrows to gears, etc)
-Test out member photos/avitar w/ forum
-Create downloads page (AD Videos, PDFs) and fix file sizes
-Improve taxonomy and setup tagadelic
-Update calendar to latest version
-Integrate calendar into site
-Add SPAM team 180 to webring
-Add "Team Member" role and open regristration
-Update all users to the above Team Member role
-Write to district and get gallery unblocked-
One click theme switching
Can't be done at school (because of gallery firewalling):
-Improve galery theme (and fix spelling)
-Resize all gallery thumbnails to 123 px
Also to append to the list:
-Create reccomended site settings (res larger than 1024)
-Make gallery note page that explains that www. does not work(fixed)
and have link to /gallery2 - add link to page in g2 theme.
-Modify all users to correct permissions (MARS Student, Mentor, etc)-
Add more links to links page (local teams)
-Create map to get to Mr.Z's room once at JHS
-Fix side logos (FIRST) & add link to sponsors page
New additions
- Create 'casual' team shirt with single color - Mars logo on back large?
- Build webstore sell team hats, buttons, generic donation sizes, above casual shirts, emproidered shirts, aliens, DVDs, etc
- Update theme
- Find out about web exelence award 2006 Wow...That was old.
- Improve home page
- Upgrade to v4.7
- Make MySQL dumps as well as full site backups... save to cd and store remotley
- Contact Team Driven about topsite
- Switch forum software (Why would we ever want to do that? Also, upgraded so the posts are not a mile apart - thanks zoro!)
- Begin using 180's web ring rotator - design page advertising
- MARS Desktop Wallpapers/Screensaver? Sorta done...
- Plan out Halo 2 more
- Create spreadsheet for member participation + donations
9-18-06 Additions
- Let zoro know about suggested changes to forum.module
- Remove "?>" from all php files/modules
- Have checkbox in admin for wordfilter
- Web administration for auto post rank (disable/edit)
- Checkboxes by each post and moderation drop down at bottom of thread for mods (multi-post deletion)
- Change redirect to forum thread that moderation was occuring from
- Fix bulleted list jibberish on forum sidebar (need to change UIEF CSS to unique for list items)
- Mock up cheap-o shirt!!! (tim)
- Improve the credits page
- Improve sponsors listing with logos- Figure out module/css/php/filter solution to add filetype icons
- Setup simple news module; test; implement
- Upgrade to 4.7 (ouch); must wait for compatible UIEForum
- Change all gallery thumbs to 150px
- Create php script for timein/out(Not going to happen) - (Tim) Teach alex about survey software;
- Create php script to calculate member points level (weighted with community service; meetings attended; etc)

1/25/07 Additions
-Make better todo list (ironic eh?)
-Make new front page, use AJAX or a flash image rotator & drupal code snippets for recent stories
-Impement OG? Spell implement correctly?
-Look into new google imagesearch ajax/whatever for hiding sponsor page layout
-Add sponsor details for top donors (who the company is, etc)
-Make top donors more prominant
-Update randomsponsor list script (images need to be transparent) / remove old sponsors
-Create sponsors newsletter list
-Type & post all mentor bios
-Create link to/improve the mentor bio listing
-Make link to 07 book style rulebook

2/15/07 additions
-remove the gray box on the front page and shorten the type to first sentence
-finish the rest of the student bios
2/19/07 Additions
-Add scrimmage or school board photos to front page slide show (some new photos)
-Hyperlink "FIRST Robotics Competition" in text under slide show box to usfirst site.
-Change column on front page from "Seasons" to "Projects" and list links: Community Outreach, Inventor, etc.
-Create a Robot Page where robots are displayed (like the games are all displayed on the Seasons Index page)
-Finish 2007 Season page
-Add Micheal S.'s MARS 3D animation to the animation page and a link 7 upload for our anim. submission.
-Downloads page under Resources: Update to 2007 downloads (for game, swamp scrimmage)
-Consider breaking up the "About MARS" page so it is not so long
-Instead of just having the "Mentors" page on the dropdown, use the 07 team members page that has the mentors & students.
-Add an "alumni" category with Brian W.'s info.
-Scan in the PB Post scrimmage article & photo
-Need added Forum protection. Getting spammed since last week - we're under a spam attach!
3/6/07 Additions
-Site_tour... make it
-Figure out hidden profile fields & use views to make a contact directory homebrew
-Post inventor screenshots
-Add more to animation page if possible
-Inprove taxonomy news categories
