Hi Tim, Just a few questions- one of the forms says that you leave at 6:30 pm, the other says 6:30 am. Could you tell me which one is right? The TDE is for Mr. Z for another trip - it is later in March. Are we supposed to fill out a TDE for the kids? Should the correct form for Mr. Z be included in the package to be handed in? Thanks Viki

Sorry about that, the form that says 6:30 PM was from last year and wasn't updated for the correct time, which is 6:30 AM. The TLE form is for the student to take to school and get signed by each teacher, and afterwards by a Assistant Principal. All the forms listed here should be turned in at the same time, and preferably with check or cash in hand for the hotel.
